Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri said his team has committed only one error in two games with the Spurs, which cost them a place among the best eight teams in Europe. In the second leg Milan ended in 0:0, since two weeks ago lost 0:1.
"Of course we wanted to qualify for 1/4-final, but unfortunately we could not do it. We did only one mistake - the first game.
In the rematch my team did everything possible. Spurs pressed permanently. Combined great, better organized attacks. In the finishing phase, however, something we missed. Anyway gained very good experience which will help us in Serie A. I believe so, "said Allegri.
