Disagreement between Martin O'Neill and Aston Villa for the way the Irishman left the club last summer, will continue in court, reports the BBC.
As is known, the person walked away from Birmingham in August, just five days before the start of the championship in England. For more than six months the two sides can not settle the financial matters which require the case to be transferred to the Court of Arbitration.
Of course, this is not the first such case. In 2009, Alan Curbishley won their dispute with West Ham, but that year the court imposed Newcastle to pay £ 2 million to former manager Kevin Kigan,
